We are seeking applications for two REU (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) positions in the Robotics and Intelligent Vehicles Research (RIVeR) Laboratory. Participants will gain theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills in robotics engineering by joining our NSF (National Science Foundation) sponsored cross-disciplinary research project on human-in-the-loop cyber physical systems. Approximate dates are June 17-August 23, 2013. It is anticipated that successful completion of the summer REU will result in continued employment during the academic year on a part-time basis. Undergraduates from all majors including but not limited to RBE, ECE, CS, BME, IMGD and ME are welcome to apply. Rising sophomores, rising juniors and rising seniors who are US citizens or permanent residents are welcome to apply.
